Shannon Holds a Masters Degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.
Shannon is certified in Holistic Esthetics, Aromatherapy, Reiki Usui, and Karuna Master Levels. She is a licensed massage therapist, and has been practicing bodywork since 2004 when she became certified as and Equine and Canine therapist.
She is pleased to offer Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, Reiki, And Organic Esthetics.
Stephanie Snow is a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher (NCPT), a third-generation Pilates teacher, and a Licensed Rollology Instructor.
Her private studio is located on the Emerald Coast of the Florida Panhandle in the beautiful town of Niceville, Florida.
Stephanie enjoys sharing her expertise in the classical Pilates method, staying true to the original teachings of Joseph Pilates.
With a focus on individual assessment, she helps clients cultivate a deep mind-body connection, promoting both well-being and longevity.
